Online Pooja Packages: At Online Panditjii, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our online pooja packages. However, due to the nature of our services, refund requests for online pooja packages are subject to specific conditions.

Cancellation: You may request a cancellation and refund for your online pooja package up to 2 days before the scheduled date of the pooja. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply, and the refund amount will be subject to deduction of any applicable charges.

Non-Availability of Panditji: In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a panditji for your booked online pooja package, we will offer you the option to reschedule the pooja or provide a full refund of the package amount.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to your satisfaction with our online pooja packages. If you are not satisfied with the conducted pooja, please contact us within 7 days of the scheduled date, and we will review your case. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
